I don't think this club as any Administrator, I don't think myself as one. (Justice-Brigade isn‘t reasonable for someone else’s actions acting in the name of the club.)

DeviantART's system has changed in the last year making it easier to report deviations.

Editor list...
NOTE 1: I removed the list because it is easier to just report a editor when you have time then leaving the names here and taking up space.

Please refer to the "Traces” under this to measure the amount these people have edited.

:bulletblack: Traces ("levels of tolerance") don't let the toleration stop you from reporting traced/edited work <- which is still a big problem.

* Not Tolerated

• Reproduction is misrepresented as being something other than a copy of an existing work.
• The reproduction exactly duplicates an original work and the owner of the original work files a complaint.
• The reproduction targets a stock resource and violates one or more of the Terms and Conditions for use.
• The reproduction actually contains elements of the original (i.e. photo showing through paintover).

* Usually Tolerated

• The reproduction has been posted into a Fan Art Gallery.
• The reproduction has been posted into the Scrapbook area.
• The reproduction targets an element of pop culture (i.e. Anime screenshots or official video game content).
• The reproduction properly credits the original.

* Normally Tolerated

• The reproduction obviously copies an existing work but possesses noticeable and substantial differences.
• The reproduction obviously copies an existing work but is noticeably deficient in quality.
• The reproduction and the original bare only vague or broad resemblances to each other (i.e. poses, etc).

All of the text of the Traces ("levels of tolerance") are from the article.)

:bulletred: REPORT :bulletred:

When you see stolen art things you should do are... <- that is only for stolen art.

1. Contact the original artist; There may be chance the artist allows someone to use their work reference this FAQ [link]
2. Contact the one who stole the art, maybe you can talk sense into them, but please do not be rude.
3. Just report it with the information needed; "Please paste in the URL from your browser address bar (the http line at the top) and link directly to the page containing the example of the original artists work for comparison with the infringing ("stolen" or "ripped") work. If you cannot link directly to your evidence please provide a instructions on how to locate the evidence which you are providing.

In cases involving motion pictures, TV shows, celebrities, and other well known subjects you may omit this information, but please provide it whenever possible. Without sufficient information to make an accurate judgment no action being taken.

Please take the time to include the reason you are reporting the deviation. Clearly state why you are reporting the image and in the case of stolen or misused works please take the time to identify the source of the work whether by naming the original artist, professional supermodel, celebrity, or by providing additional links and information in order to assist in the identification process.
The more information you can provide the more helpful it will be to us during the review process."
(or read the FAQ [link])

:bulletred: SUBMISSION :bulletred: Just send a Note to the club with:

* The name of the submission
* Category of the submission
* Description of the work
* Link to picture/text

:bulletred: RULES :bulletred:

* Report any kind of violation you find <- on your own time.

* Try to help other members

* Don't bash/abuse/spam/threaten/hurt/ect. a violator (your better then that) No matter how they act. Just report for harassment, block/spam their comment. REMEMBER that people like that seek attention, do not give it to them.

* Another reason to report someone, if they are 12 and younger. (Go to the Help Desk and report as a Policy Violation) <- just for safety sake.

*cracks knuckles* Loser thieves like this guy REEEAAAALLY get on my nerves: ~Ivan357 He goes on about how he "took so long" to make (steal) "his" artworks. Yeeaaaaah riiiiiight. I'll bet it took all of 1-and-a-half seconds to right click-> Save As.

Theft: [link]
Original: [link]

Theft: [link]
Original: [link]

Theft: [link]
Original: A page from the Naruto manga-- it's been scanned and colored by everyone and their mother: [link] However, this guy didn't even make the effort to scan and color the page himself; he simply used someone else's colored work: [link] (colored by *TheGameJC, who has since removed the work from his dA gallery)

Theft: [link]
Original: [link] (Scanned manga page-- but this will probably come back as "Invalid" unless it's accompanied by the particular volume, chapter and publication date of the manga that this page is from.)

There are other stolen works in the gallery whose sources I haven't yet found; help would be very much appreciated.

This [link] is definitely stolen-- it brings up 18 results on Tineye, but no definitive links to the actual owner. Same with this: [link] It brings up 2 results on Tineye, and the file size is suspiciously small. Is there someone who can look into these? I'm currently working on a bunch of older cases (mostly screenshot edits and "demotivator" posters, UGH).

:iconmidzu-sama: takes screenshots of Naruto and other anime (I can't figure them out) and edits over them with her "character".

And is a Shizue fanatic.

I can't seem to find the original screenshots, but they're definitely edited. Even her "gifts"

ATTENTION DUELISTS! My hair detects a bad artist! (Aka me)

HAI! MAJIDE!!!!

I've seen her before... I think some are Naruto bases without credit. Few of peoples pictures and the screenshots...just like you said.
Have you reported any?

Yeah, some of them I could tineye, but others I can't.

And for those, I can't seem to find the original screenshot for it.

And for some of them, they're fan art pieces that have been recolored, and she took some stock pictures without crediting.

~Redsundark Has been caught taking other peoples art and editing them with paint. His deviations have been removed by the admins, but beware! He still won't admit what he did was wrong and sees nothing wrong with what he did. He refused to take them down till the admins finally did so.
:iconjustice-brigade:
We been getting spammers D: I hope this doesn't effect my account or club badly...
